Discussion: Have you ever tried yoga? If not, would you like to?

  1. In general Yoga is a spiritual exercise.It connects you with your surroundings,drawing out energies and circulating them into your body,so your body and mind are revived.
    I have never tried yoga and i don't know why :)))Some people say that it is the best way to relax your body and mind.It makes you feel calm and concentrated.When you do yoga you get a good energy.
    In my opinion it is a good way to make your body more flexible,also you can lose your weight :))) I am sure that i will practice yoga in future.

  3. Yoga just like starting something new.It is very useful for purification of blood. Yoga energized our bodies and calms our mind.
    I have never tried yoga and i would like to try it. I don't have too many negative stresses but i think it will help to enjoy a few moments of healing time. I need the silence and time to concentrate on my breathing, also it will improve my flexibility.

  4. i really love yoga exercises. i'm doing it sometimes, it's really hard. i watched it on youtube and it was really interesting. yoge is good for health and you feel how all parts of your body is stretching. when i was watchin, it seemed very esey but in 5 munutes i realized that i was really very tierd, even couldnt stand.
    i really want to do it often, but unfortunately i cant.

  5. Yoga is a very good way to relax your mind and body and unload. I have never tried yoga and I don't know why but I even don't want to try it. Besides of that, as I know yoga is unacceptable for Orthodox faith because it's a spiritual exercise. So, I don't have any desire to try yoga.

  6. Yoga really good for us.Yoga strengthens and stretches the body while it helps to focus the mind.Yoga has gotten a bad rep for being good for weight loss until recently.Yoga has many benefits. The biggest is helping you increase your flexibility and decrease your stress.But,yes i have tried it, and no, I didn"t really like it.

  7. I never tried Yoga but I would like to try it. To prove my opinion I have some arguments. First of all Yoga helps us to be in a good shape. More over it will help us to relaxs if we are exhausted after traning in gym.
